Fructe de mare cu sos de vin si cimbru

400 g file de cod
250 g fructe de mare
300 ml apa
100 ml vin alb sec
1/2 lingurita cimbru uscat
1ceapa mica alba
200 g ciuperci taiate marunt
100 g unt
3 lingurite faina
300 ml lapte
1 lamaie
½ legatura patrunjel
sare, piper

Pune pestele intr-un vas cu apa, vinul si cimbrul si lasa pe foc 8 minute sau pana ce carnea se desface fasii cu usurinta.
Decongeleaza fructele de mare prin soc termic , lasa la scurs si stropesti cu zeama de lamaie, sarezi si piperezi.
Separat, soteaza ciupercile si ceapa taiata marunt in unt.
Adauga faina si amesteca bine.
Ia vasul de pe foc si adauga, treptat, laptele caldut.
Pune vasul din nou pe foc si lasa inca un minut dupa ce incepe sa fiarba.
Adauga pestele, cu sosul de vin si cimbru , fructele de mare, sareaza si pipereaza daca mai e nevoie.
Lasa pe foc cinci minute.
