Pilaf de scoici

30 scoici,
1 ceapa,
1 telina (radacina),
1 frunza de dafin,
boabe de piper,
sare,
300g. orez,
100g. unt,
1 lingura bulion,
1 lamaie,
verdeata.

1. Intr-un vas se pune la fiert telina curatata si taiata felii.
2. Se adauga scoicile spalate bine, se acopera vasul si se fierb scoicile timp de 25 minute. Se ia vasul de pe foc si dupa 8-10 minute, scoicile se deschid si se scoate carnea.
3. In unt se caleste ceapa tocata marunt. Apoi, se adauga carnea scoicilor si se inabusa impreuna 8 minute.
4. Se pune orezul curatat, spalat si bine scurs peste scoici. Se mai tin la foc mic 5-6 minute, amestecand, apoi se sting cu zeama in care au fiert scoicile.
5. Se adauga bulionul, sarea, piperul si frunza de dafin. Se amesteca totul pana da in clocot.
6. Se lasa in cuptor pentru 20 de minute.
