-1/3 paste fainoase sub forma de scoici
-2 ciuperci champignion
-2 triunghiuri branza topita unul cu cascaval si altul cu smantana
-1/2 ardei rosu gras
-1/2 ceapa
-2 graunti de usturoi
-1 cubulet de unt
-1 lingura pesto rosii si busuioc Kotanyi
-1/2 piept de pui
-1/2 ardei iute rosu mic

Se fierbe apa cu 1 lingura de sare.Cand clocoteste dam drumul scoicilor si dam focul mic.Acoperim oala si lasam 10 minute, amestecand din cand in cand usor cu o lingura nemetalica.Se scurg apoi pastele si se trec printr-un jet scurt de apa rece.
Separat se face sosul(cat timp au fiert scoicile).Se taie cat mai pe lung usturoiul, ceapa , ardeiul, si ciupercile lamele.Se incinge o tigaia gen wok si se adauga legumele si ciupercile taiate feliute.ne trebuie niste piept de pui deja preparat, fiert, prajit, din care taiati cubulete mici din carne fara piele, oase sau zgarciuri, doar fileul.Adaugati si acest ingredient.Se amesteca din cand in cand, spre sfarsit adaugam 1 lingura pesto rosii si busuioc Kotanyi si cubulete de branza topita.
Mai lasam la foc mediu si amestecam sa se topesca bine branza.Adaugam si putina zeama din oala unde au fiert scoicile.Adaugam apoi si scoicile si adeiul iute taiat rondeluta si mai amestecam putin si oprim focul.
