Scoici prajite cu rosii

4 linguri de ulei de masline,
2 dl suc de rosii,
1 ceapa rosie,
3 catei de usturoi,
2 cutii de conserva de scoici,
1 buchetel de verdeata de patrunjel,
1 lingurita de sofranel,
1 dl vin (alb),
1 cubulet de concentrat de supa,
putina sare

Prajim in ulei usturoiul si ceapa curatate si taiate marunt, pana devin sticloase.
Adaugam vinul, sucul de rosii, sofranul si concentratul de supa.
Fierbem sub capac pana se evapora surplusul de apa.
Apoi adaugam scoicile strecurate, iar la urma presaram verdeata de patrunjel tocat.
