Anghinare marina (dupa 6 luni)

20 g file de morun proaspat,
2 bucati de anghinare (sau 2 inimi de anghinare deja fierte),
putin suc de lamaie,
1 bucatica de unt de marimea unei alune

Se spala bine cele 2 bucati de anghinare si se fierb in bain-marie aproximativ 15 minute (sau mai rapid: se tin anghinarele umede, infasurate intr-o folie de plastic cam 8 minute in cuptorul cu microunde). Se fierbe pestele, caruia i-ati scos oasele in prealabil, in apa in care se pun condimente. Dupa ce anghinarea a fiert, i se rup frunzele.
Pestele fiert si inimile de anghinare se zdrobesc si se amesteca pana se obtine un pireu gras.
