Bors cu peste

1-2 pesti (crap, morun),
1 litru bors,
1 ceapa,
patrunjel,
piper,
leustean

In bors se pune ceapa, patrunjelul si piperul si se lasa sa fiarba.Se spala si se curata bine pestele, se taie apoi in bucatele si se pune la fiert in borsul fierbinte unde se lasa numai un sfert de ora la fiert descoperit.
Mai gustos iese daca se fierbe zarzavatul de supa cu putina apa; cind e patruns, se toarna borsul care a fiert separat cu o ceapa intreaga.
Se pune pestele cind ciorba clocoteste si se lasa sa se patrunda bine. La sfirsit se adauga patrunjelul si leusteanul verde tocat
