Bors de ciuperci cu peste

zeama in care a fiert peste 2 l
ciuperci 400 g
ulei 200 g
ceapa 3 buc
morcov 1 buc
patrunjel 1 buc
marar 1 legatura
orez 2 linguri
bors 1 l
sare dupa gust
peste 500 g

Ciupercile se curata, se taie felii subtiri, ceapa se taie marunt, morcovul si patrunjelul se dau pe razatoare si toate se inabusesc in ulei. Se adauga orezul si zeama in care a fiert pestele. Se lasa sa fiarba pana se inmoaie orezul. Atunci se adauga pestele curatat, spalat si taiat bucati. Cand e aproape fiert se adauga borsul si se potriveste de sare.

Mod de servire: 
Cand se serveste se presara verdeata tocata.
