Bors de crap cu zarzavat

1 kg. crap,
2,5 l apa,
1 litru bors,
1 buc. ceapa,
1 buc. morcov,
1 buc., radacina patrunjel,
1 buc. pastirnac,
3 buc. rosii,
2 linguri orez,
1 legatura leustean,
sare

Se curata zarzavatul si ceapa, se taie marunt si se pune la fiert in apa rece cu sare. Rosiile se dau prin razatoare.
Cind clocoteste, se adauga orezul ales si spalat. Intre timp, se curata pestele, se scoate osul amar de la cap, se spala repede in putina apa, se taie bucati si se pune la fiert dupa ce zarzavatul si orezul s-au inmuiat. Pestele este fiert dupa cca 15 minute.
Cind este aproape gata, se adauga borsul fiert separat si leusteanul. In loc de bors, se poate folosi zeama de varza.
