1 kg. de peste (crap, salau etc.),
1 litru apa,
1/2 l. bors,
zarzavat de supa,
1 buc. ceapa mare,
1/2 ceasca de orez,
sare,
verdeata

Se pune apa la fiert si cind clocoteste se adauga ceapa taiata marunt si zarzavatul taiat subtire.
Dupa ce s-a fiert zarzavatul, se adauga orezul si cind acesta este fiert se adauga bucatile de peste. Dupa citeva clocote, se adauga borsul clocotit, turnind cite putin pina se potriveste de acru.
Se adauga sare dupa gust si citeva frunze de leustean. Dupa citeva clocote se scot frunzele de leustean.
