Bors de peste cu leustean

1 si 1/2 litri apa,
6 bucati peste,
1 morcov,
1 buc radacina patrunjel,
2 cepe,
sare,
2-3 cesti bors,
4-5 rosii sau 200 ml bulion,
patrunjel verde,
leustean

Se fierbe zarzavatul taiat fire lungi si ceapa taiata marunt, in apa cu sare. Se adauga borsul, dupa ce zarzavatul este bine fiert, apoi bucatile de peste, care mai intii au fost frecate cu sare. Se fierbe la foc potrivit, sa nu se sfarime pestele. Se mai adauga felii de rosii sau bulion. Se poate servi rece sau cald, dupa gust, cu patrunjel si leustean. Se poate adauga si o cescuta de orez, care se fierbe o data cu zarzavatul.
