1/2 buc. ardei gras,
1/4 buc. ceapa rasa,
1/4 l bors,
1 buc. rosie mare,
sare,
leustean,
patrunjel

Se fierb ceapa, ardeiul si rosia, taiate, in apa cu sare si, cind sunt gata, se adauga pestele, apoi leusteanul, patrunjelul si borsul.
