Brandada de peste (dupa 6 luni)

1 cartof mare,
20 g file de merlan,
30 ml de lapte semismantanit,
putin pesmet pisat fin,
1 bucatica de unt de marimea unei alune

-Se fierbe cartoful taiat in bucati intr-o cratita cu apa aproximativ 15 minute. Intr-o alta cratita se fierbe pestele in apa cu diverse mirodenii in jur de 10 minute. Se zdrobeste cartoful pana se obtine un pireu si se adauga laptele. Se pune jumatate din pireul obtinut intr-un recipient uns cu unt, se adauga un strat de peste si se acopera cu restul de pireu si cu pesmet.
