Calcan Galician

250 g de calcan,
1 ardei capia de culoare rosie,
1 cartof ,
1/2 ceapa,
1 foaie dafin ,
50 g mazare ,
50 g ulei de masline,
1 lingurita de ulei de masline ,
4 catei de usturoi ,
1 lingurita de otet,
piper si sare,
1 lingurita de boia

Intr-un litru de apa se fierbe ardeiul taiat felii, mazarea,cartoful taiat feli si ceapa taiata, cu un pic de ulei, dafin si sare.
La jumatatea timpului de fierbere adaugam calcanul.
Se prajeste usturoiul, cu restul de ulei , se adauga boiaua , imediat otetul si piperul .
Dupa ce tottul este fiert si prajit, ornam pe o farfurie calcanul, cartoful,ardeiul, mazarea si se adauga sosul
