Ciorba de crap, cu praz

1 kg crap
3 fire subtiri de praz
2 morcovi
o telina mica
un ardei
750 ml bors
o legatura de leustean verde
sare dupa gust
marar verde pt ornat

Se spala si se curata prazul, se taie rondele, apoi se spala si se curata morcovii si telina, care se toaca marunt. Toate acestea se fierb in apa cu putina sare si cand sunt patrunse se adauga si ardeiul spalat, curatat si tocat fin. Intre timp se spala si se curata pestele, se portioneaza si apoi se adauga la fiert, in ciorba.
Cand este aproape fiert, se toarna borsul, se adauga leusteanul spalat si tocat marunt, apoi se poriveste de sare. Se serveste cu adaos de rondele de praz proaspat si leustean verde.
