Ciorba de peste ca pe malurile Tisei

1,5 kg peste asortat,
o rosie mare,
100 g ceapa rosie,
2 ardei grasi,
2 ardei iuti (cireasa),
2 cartofi,
100 g taitei in forma de patratele,
30 g boia dulce.

Se curata pestele, se taie bucati si se pune intr-o oala. Ardeii grasi fara cotor se taie rondele, rosiile se decojesc, se curata de samburi si se taie in bucati, cartofii se taie cubulete. Rosiile, ardeii grasi, cartofii, ceapa se adauga in oala in care s-au introdus bucatile de peste, se condimenteaza cu sare, ardeii iuti, boia, se toarna apa si se fierbe 40 minute. Dupa fierbere se scot bucatiile de peste, se strecoara si in supa se adauga taiteii si se fierb.
