Ciorba de peste cu zeama de varza

3 l zeama de varza,
zarzavat de supa,
600 grame de peste,
verdeata.

Se potriveste de acra zeama de varza, adaugând apa, daca trebuie.Se fierbe cu zarzavat taiat marunt: morcov, patrunjel, ceapa.
Când este aproape gata, se pune pestele curatat si taiat bucati potrivite.
Se lasa sa fiarba cât trebuie, se ia spuma, se potriveste de sare si se adauga dupa gust verdeata taiata marunt (marar, patrunjel, tarhon).
