Ciorba pescareasca acrita

1 kg. de peste marunt (obleti, ghibarti etc.),
1 kg. de peste mare (crap sau somn),
2 buc. ceapa,
1/2 kg. rosii,
2 buc. ardei gras,
1 buc. radacina de patrunjel,
1 buc. radacina hrean,
agurida,
corcoduse verzi sau sare de lamiie,
leustean si patrunjel,
sare,
piper

Se pune la fiert pestele marunt. Cind este gata, se strecoara zeama si in ea se fierbe tot zarzavatul.
Cind este gata se strecoara din nou zeama si se adauga bucatile de peste mare.
Dupa ce a fiert, se acreste cu agurida, corcoduse sau sare de lamiie.
