Ciorba pescareasca I

1 kg de peste,
2 cepe,
un ardei gras,
o rosie,
boia,
sare.

Pestele se curata, se spala si se taie bucati. Capul, sira spinarii si inotatoarele se fierb alaturi de ceapa taiata in 2 l de apa.
Cand da in clocot, se pun sare, boia, se adauga ardeiul si rosia. Cand toate s-au fiert, se scot din supa si se trec prin sita.
Cu acest sos se drege supa, apoi se pun bucatile de peste si se fierbe in continuare.
