Ciorba pescareasca II

1 ½ l apa,
½ l bors,
½ kg peste diferit(lin, somn, stiuca, calcan etc),
5-6 bucati crap,
1 morcov,
1 patrunjel,
1 ceapa mare,
sare,
1 virf de cutit piper pisat

Se taie zarzavatul marunt si se fierbe in apa. Cind este gata se strecoara, se pune zarzavatul si se adauga peste diferit, taiat marunt. Zeama cu bucatelele de peste fierte se strecoara in alta oala, iar pestele se trece prin sita, inlaturindu-se totodata si oasele. Se pune oala la foc si se adauga bucatile de crap, sarea si piperul.
Dupa 15-20 minute cind pestele este fiert, se adauga borsul fiert separat si verdeata, lasind sa mai dea citeva clocote Mod de servire
