Crochete de peste cu conopida (dupa 8 luni)

1 ceasca de pireu de conopida,
80 g de carne de morun proaspat ,
1 felie de paine fara coaja,
1 lingurita de ulei,
2 frunze de tarhon(sau de creson),
suc de lamaie ,
sare ,
lapte degresat

Spalati, apoi pasati pestele cu mixerul.
Puneti pestele pasat intr-un castron si adaugati miezul de paine inmuiat in prealabil in lapte si stors, tarhonul curatat si sucul de lamaie.
Amestecati totul astfel incat sa obtineti un amestec omogen. Adaugati un praf de sare. Faceti rulouri. Intr-o tigaie rumeniti crochetele 4 minute.
