File de batog cu sos verde (dupa 8 luni)

1 file micut de merlan (40-50 g.),
1 lingura (rasa) cu faina ,
100 ml de lapte ,
putina nucsoara praf,
o mana de frunze de spanac (sau de creson),
o bucatica de unt cat o aluna

Spalati cu grija frunzele de spanac, puneti-le intr-o craticioara, fara apa sau unt, acoperiti craticioara si lasati-o 5 minute pe foc mic.
Dupa aceea, scurgeti spanacul si treceti-l prin mixer.Intre timp, fierbeti laptele pana da in clocot, apoi, puneti-l deoparte. Intr-o craticioara, topiti untul la foc mic pana cand face putina spuma.
Adaugati faina, si amestecati bine pentru a nu se forma cocoloase. Turnati, apoi, laptele cald si nucsoara, si amestecati bine. Lasati sa fiarba la foc foarte mic timp de 5 minute, amestecand in continuu, pana cand sosul alb se ingroasa. Luati craticioara cu sosul de pe foc.
Adaugati frunzele de spanac zdrobite in acest sos si amestecati bine.Fierbeti pestele in baie de aburi (sau in apa cu diferite mirodenii) timp de 5 minute.
Dupa ce a fiert, scoateti-i oasele si faramitati-l. Turnati sosul deasupra si serviti.
