File de cod crocant la cuptor cu legume

- 6 lingurite de faina
- un ou mare
- o lingura de apa rece
- 100 g pesmet
- 400 g file de cod (fara piele si fara oase)
- 2 lingurite de ulei de masline

Preincalziti cuptorul la 190 grade Celsius. Intre timp, intr-un bol puneti faina in care ati adaugat putin piper si zeama de lamaie. Intr-un alt vas bateti oul amestecat cu apa. In alt bol puneti pesmetul. Verificati daca fileurile nu mai au oase “ratacite”. Scufundati fiecare bucata de cod in faina, scuturati excesul, apoi scufundati in ou, scuturati, iar apoi prin pesmet si asezati pe o farfurie. Dupa ce ati terminat toate bucatile de peste, ungeti o tava cu ulei si coaceti bucatile de peste timp de 10 minute, pana devin aurii.

Mod de servire: 
Dupa preferinte, se poate servi cu garnitura de cartofi copti, mazare (sau orice alte legume preparate la aburi sau la cuptor) si lamaie.
