File de peste in sos de portocala (dupa 8 luni)

225 g file de peste
125 g suc proaspat de portocale
1 lingurita de patrunjel verde maruntit
25 g cereale maruntite
15 g unt nesarat

-Se pune file-ul intr-o cratita unsa cu unt, se adauga sucul de protocale, branza, patrunjelul verde si cerealele.
-Se acopera cu o folie metalica si se baga la cutor pentru 20 de min. la o temperatura de 180 g.
- Se poate gati si la cuptorul cu microunde la temperatura maxima pentru 4 min., acoperita cu un capac.
-Se mixeaza pestele impreuna cu sosul in care a fiert, inainte fiind scoase toate oasele.
