Frigarui de peste (dupa 12 luni)

40 g de peste (morun proaspat, somon si ton),
4 tomate bine coapte,
4 bucatele de broccoli (conopida italiana),
2 linguri cu ulei de masline,
2 lingurite cu suc de lamaie

Se taie fiecare peste in 4 bucati si se marineaza la rece in sucul de lamaie si in ulei timp de o ora.
Se pune brocoli intr-un sfert de litru de apa sarata in clocot si se fierbe 5 minute.
Se realizeaza, apoi, frigaruile, intercaland pestele, tomatele si brocoli.
Se prajesc intr-o tigaie.
