Fructe de mare cu orez şi dovlecei

200 g orez,
2 dovlecei,
1 ceapa,
4 rosii,
1 ardei gras,
300 g scoici si creveti
1 legatura patrunjel verde,
50 g margarina,
sare,
piper,
curry.

Orezul se curata si se spala. Dovleceii se curata de coaja si se rad prin razatoarea mare. Ceapa se va taia marunt. Ardeiul gras se taie fin. Rosiile se vor taia felii. Orezul se va amesteca cu dovleceii, scoicile, crevetii, ceapa taiata, ardeiul gras, patrunjelul taiat marunt, se adauga margarina, condimentele, rosiile si 600 ml de apa. Se introduce la cuptor 25 minute la foc potrivit.

Se serveste fierbinte.
