Hamsii marinate

300 g hamsii proaspete
100 ml otet
1 pahar apa
100 ml ulei
2-3 catei usturoi
1 ardei iute
1 lamaie-sucul
sare
patrunjel

Cureti pestii,tai capetele,scoti intestinele,oasele,pui in bol.Torni apa si otetul,marinezi 20-30 min.In acest timp cureti usturoiul,il tai felii,tai ardeiul si patrunjelul.
Scurgi pestii pe hartie absorbanta.
Intr-un vas pui uleiul si un strat pesti,adaugi cateva felii usturoi,chilli,putin suc lamaie,sarezi ,torni putin ulei.Continui pana tremini,presari patrunjel si acoperi cu ulei.Acoperi cu folie si marinezi in frigider 1-2 ore.
