Mancare de peste cu fasole verde si frunze de hasmatuchi

250 g de fasole verde
100 ml de lapte
40 g de peste
o lingurita de faina
1 galbenus de ou proaspat
1 frunza de hasmatuchi

Se desface fasolea verde si se spala. Se fierbe 15 minute in putina apa fara sare. Se adauga pestele si se mai lasa la fiert 4 minute. Se scurge fasolea, apoi se pune in mixer pentru a obtine o pasta care se aseaza in doua tavi. Se pune apoi pestele in mixer si se adauga laptele, galbenusul de ou, faina si frunza de hasmatuchi. Dupa ce se amesteca totul, se pune compozitia in cele doua tavi de fasole verde si se da la cuptor (180°C la termostat 6).
