1 file mic de merlan (aproximativ 30 de grame)
jumatate de dovlecel
1 lingurita cu cascaval ras (gen svaiter)
2 lingurite cu lapte
putina sare
putin patrunjel

Pestele, pe care s-a presarat sare, se prajeste in unt intr-o tigaie. Pe el se presara cascavalul si se stropeste cu laptele. Se acopera tigaia si se lasa sa fiarba 5 minute. Se taie dovlecelul in rondele si se fierbe in "bain marin" impreuna cu patrunjelul.

Mod de servire: 
Dupa ce au fiert toate, se scoate patrunjelul si se serveste.
