1 felie de morun,
20-25 g gris ,
1/2 pahar de lapte,
unt,
sare

O felie mica de morun se fierbe la bain-marie.
Se stropeste cu suc de lamaie.
Se desface in lamele.
Se fierbe grisul 10 minute in lapte.
Se sareaza, se adauga unt si cateva picaturi de ulei de masline.
Se prepara un pireu de rosii.
Se amesteca totul.
