Mujdei cu rosii coapte

2 rosii,
2-3 catei de usturoi,
busuioc,
cimbru,
sare,
piper,
1 lingura ulei,
un varf de cutit de zahar

Coacem rosiile in cuptor la gril sau pe ochiul de la aragaz pana cand coaja se usuca si se arde. Le curatam de coaja si le pasam bine bine cu o furculita.
Separat zdrobim cateii de usturoi si ii frecam cu o lingura de ulei si putina sare pana formeaza o pasta.
Adaugam rosiile coapte si pasate, condimentam cu busuioc, cimbru si piper, adaugam un varf de cutit de zahar si amestecam bine.
