Se pune usturoiul in piulita si se piseaza.Se taie marunt mararul dupa care il amestecam cu usturoiul pisat.Se adauga sare, ulei, zeama de lamaie si apa.

Important !!!
Folositi numai usturoi romanesc,cel turcesc este tratat cu sulfat de cupru ca să nu încolţească şi este dăunator.

Mod de servire: 
Se poate servii cu orice fel de peste.
