Pastrav cu legume

1 file de pastrav proaspat
1 cartof,
3 catei de usturoi,
1 feliuta de ardei gras,
1 morcov mai mic,
1 rosie,
patrunjel, unt si sare.

Fileul de pastrav se spala bine, se pune in hartie de copt si se coace in cuptor cam 10 minute.
Se iau legumele, mai putin rosia, se curata bine si se pun la fiert in aburi cam 15 minute.
Separat intr-un castron se taie marunt rosia cruda care se amesteca cu pastravul, legumele si untul.
La urma se adauga patrunjelul tocat si un praf de sare.
