Pastrav la cuptor cu portocale

1 peste potrivit ca marime (copiii cca 1/2 peste sau mai putin, depinde cat de mare este).
Se spala si curata pastravii, se sareaza si la interior si la exterior. 2-4 portocale si tot atatea lamai spalate bine si taiate felii subtirele, la 3-4 mm (cu tot cu coaja).
Se ia o folie de Al, o ungi cu unt,asezi pestele, pui in burta lui alternativ felii de portocala si lamaie, plus cubulete de unt; la fel, si deasupra pestelui: felii de citrice+ cubulete de unt. impachetezi pestele - iese ca o barcuta, marginile indoite in sus ca sa nu curga zeama.
Se aseaza intr-o tava si se da cuptor, la foc mic spre mediu. Sunt gata destul de repede, de ex pt cca 6 pastravi care cantaresc in total cam 1,5-2 kg in 20 de min sunt gata.
