Peste cu sos de portocale (dupa 7 luni)

pt. 5 portii

250 grame file de haddock
½ suc de portocale
1/3 cana branza Cheddar rasa
1 lingura patrunjel proaspat tocat
2 linguri fulgi de porumb zdrobiti
1 lingura unt nesarat

Puneti pestele intr-o tava unsa cu ulei si acoperiti-l cu sucul de portocale, branza, patrunjel, fulgii de porumb si unt.
Acoperiti cu o flie de aluminiu si lasati-l la cuptor timp de 20 de minute.
Se poate prepara si la cuptorul cu microunde, timp de 4 minute la putere mare.
Mixati preparatul final in blender pana obtineti consistenta dorita.
