Peste de aprilie (dupa 6 luni)

40 g de file de peste slab (carne de morun proaspata,merlan…),
1 dovlecel,
1 morcov mic,
o picatura de ulei de masline,
o felie de lamaie.

Spalati si curatati legumele, dati-le prin razatoare pentru a obtine lamele mici.
Puneti legumele pe o foaie de aluminiu, deasupra legumelor asezati fileul de peste, si bagati foaia de aluminiu in cuptorul incalzit in prealabil la 250 grade( termostat 7-8).
Turnati cateva picaturi de ulei si de lamaie.Inchideti hartia de aluminiu si lasati-o in cuptor 6-8 minute.
