Peste la cuptor cu sos de oua si iaurt

1 kg peste, care se curata, se spala si se sareaza usor, si pe dinauntru si pe dinafara. Se asaza intr-o tava in care s-a incins putin ulei. Se baga la cuptor. Intre timp se bat 2-3 oua ca pentru omleta, se adauga sare si verdeata tocata marunt si se amesteca totul cu un borcan de iaurt. Cand pestele este copt, se toarna sosul si se lasa tava la cuptor inca 10 minute.
