Peste rasol cu piure de zarzavat(dupa 6 luni)

500 g peste alb (salau, stiuca),
500 ml supa de zarzavat strecurata,
3 linguri de unt,
o lingura de smantana,
200 ml lapte,
4-5 cartofi potrivit de mari,
3-4 morcovi,
sare,
verdeata.

Separat se prepara un piure de cartofi, cu unt si lapte. De alta parte, un piure de morcovi, in felul urmator, se fierb morcovii inabusiti cu putin unt, sare si apa.
Cand sunt fierti, se trec prin sita. Se adauga putin zahar si se freaca cu o lingura de smantana.
Pestele se fierbe intreg, in apa clocotita cu putin otet si sare, timp de 15 minute, cu grija ca sa nu se faramiteze. Se serveste pe un platou iar imprejur se asaza cele doua piureuri.
Se poate alterna o lingura de piure de cartofi, cu o lingura de piure de morcovi. Deasupra se presara patrunjel verde.
