1/2 lingurita de suc de lamaie
5 g de unt
sare
patrungel

Fierbeti pestele in apa clocotita cu sarea si sucul de lamaie timp de 5 minute. Strecurati pestele, puneti-l in mixer si adaugati untul topit in prealabil.

Mod de servire: 
Puteti servi acest piureu cu un cartof fiert.
