Rasol de peste

250 g de salau, pastrav sau alt peste alb,
25 g de unt,
un galbenus de ou fiert tare,
1 lingurita de zeama de lamaie,
100 g de zarzavat.
Fara sare!

Curata si spala peste, apoi fierbe-l 30 de minute impreuna cu patrunjelul, pastarnacul, telina si morcovul!
Scoate-l din cratita, scurge-l si curata-l de oase cu cea mai mare atentie!
Striveste-l cu fruculita, adauga cateva legume pasate, untul, galbenusul fiert si lamaia!
