Sardine cu orez (dupa 12 luni)

orez alb (echivalentul unui pahar)
3 rosii
1 ardei gras potrivit
2 linguri de ulei de arahide
1 cutie de sardine
1 ceapa
2 catei de usturoi
1 cub de bulion de legume
sare
1 pahar de apa

Pregatiti orezul si lasati-l sa se raceasca.
Pentru sos: Incalziti uleiul intr-o cratita timp de 2 minute, puneti-i ceapa, rosiile, ardeiul, usturoiul (toate taiate marunt) si un pic de sare, lasati sa fiarba amestecand din cand in cand timp de 10 minute (pana cand rosiile sunt fierte). Apoi adaugati sardinele, paharul de apa si cubul de bulion, amestecati, acoperiti si mai lasati pe foc inca 10 minute.
