30 scoici in cochilie
1 ceapa alba taiata in patratele mari
6 catei de usturoi
250 gr. pasta de tomate
ulei de masline
jumatate de legatura de patrunjel
10 frunze de busuioc prospat
sare si piper

Se spala aproximativ 20 bucati de scoici in apa rece. Inainte de a incepe prepararea lor se vor lasa la scurs pentru cateva minute.Se taie ceapa alba in patratele mari iar cei 6 catei de usturoi se toaca marunt. Turnam 5 linguri de ulei de masline intr-o tigaie Wok si cand acesta se incinge adaugam ceapa si usturoiul la prajit. Presaram sare si piper dupa gust si amestecam continuu pana legumele se calesc si capata o culoare aurie.
In continuare vom adaugam scoicile, 250 gr. Cirio sau alta pasta de tomate, 10 frunze de busuioc si 250 mg apa. Amestecati, acoperiti tigaia si lasati scoicile la fiert pentru 15 minute.
La final taiem marunt jumatate de legatura de patrunjel si il presaram in tigaie, stingem focul si acoperim scoicile si legumele cu capacul pentru 5 minute.
