1 legatura patrunjel ,
1 morcov ,
2 catei usturoi ,
5 frunze salvie ,
1/2 lingurita oregano uscat ,
sucul de la 1/2 lamaie ,
sare,
piper.

Ceapa tocata se caleste intr-o lingura de ulei. Cand e moale se adauga morcovul razuit, patrunjelul, salvia si usturoiul tocate si oregano. Se lasa la calit inca cateva minute.
Se adauga o cescuta de apa, sucul de lamaie si sare si piper. Se lasa la fiert la foc mic pana morcovul e moale Se ia de pe foc si se mixeaza in blender.
