O lingura faina,
2 pahare supa de peste,
1 buc. lamiie,
o lingura unt.

O lingura de faina se prajeste usor intr-o cratita cu o cantitate egala de unt, se subtiaza cu 2 pahare de supa de peste si se lasa sa fiarba 7-10 minute.
Apoi sosul se sareaza se ia de pe foc, se adauga zeama de lamiie sau sare de lamiie dizolvata in apa si o bucatica de unt proaspat.
Se freaca bine pentru ca untul sa se amestece cu sosul si se strecoara.
Este potrivit pentru peste inabusit.
