Sos cu nuci si usturoi

2 pahare de nuci macinate,
miezul de la o felie de piine,
10 catei de usturoi,
1/2 l de ulei,
2 linguri de otet,
o cescuta de apa,
sare.

Se curata si se piseaza usturoiul pina devine pasta. Se combina apoi cu nucile si miezul de piine muiat, stors, si se bate bine pina se formeaza ca un aluat.
Se adauga picurat otet si apa, se potriveste de sare si se amesteca. Se pune apoi uleiul ca la maioneza si se amesteca.
