Sos de capere

1 lingura ulei de masline,
2 sardele clatite in otet,
1/2 cana vermut sec,
1/2 cana suc de scoici conservat,
2 linguri capere scurse,
2 linguri masline verzi taiate bucati,
2 linguri masline negre taiate bucati.

Incalziti uleiul de masline într-o craticioara, adaugati sardelele si amestecati la foc mic pâna când s-au dizolvat si ati obtinut o pasta.
Adaugati restul ingredientelor de sos si fierbeti amestecul la foc mic, pâna când se reduce la o treime, aproximativ 10 minute.
