Hreanul se curata, se spala si se rade pe o razatoare fina.
Faina cLzolvata in 150 ml apa rece se amesteca cu untul topit si se fierbe, amestecind continuu, pentru a nu se forma cocoloase. Se adauga smantina, supa de oase, hrean, sare si se fierb la foc moderat, circa 15-20 minute. Cind sosul este fiert, se adauga otet.
