2 rosii f. coapte,
4 catei de usturoi,
o lingura de ulei,
sare

Se freaca usturoiul pisat cu sare si ulei ca la mujdei pana se face o pasta -maioneza, apoi se adauga rosiile decojite tocate foarte marunt.
Se pune sosul in robotel si se pulseaza de cateva ori pana se face un piure, apoi se pune intr-o strecuratoare fina sa curga toata apa lasata de rosii.
