Sos de rosii pentru peste

1/2 buc. morcov,
1/2 buc. radacina patrunjel,
1/2 buc. ceapa,
o lingura unt,
o lingura faina,
3 linguri bulion de rosii.

Se curata, se spala, se taie marunt morcovul, patrunjelul si ceapa sau se dau prin razatoarea mica.
Se rumenesc intr-o cratita cu o lingura de unt si cu o cantitate egala de faina. Se adauga 3 linguri de bulion de rosii, se amesteca se subtiaza cu 2 pahare de supa de peste, se sareaza si se fierbe 10 minute la foc mic.
Dupa aceea se ia sosul de pe foc, se adauga 1 lingura de unt proaspat, se freaca pina se desface bine in sos, apoi se strecoara totul prin sita.
