Lamiia se spala si se stoarce. Patrunjelul verde se curata, se spala si se taie marunt.
Untul se framnta intr-un vas impreuna cu patrunjelul verde, sare, piper si suc de lamaie obtinind o compozitie omogena. Compozitia obtinuta se toarna pe coli de hirtie pergament in forma de avelina cu ajutorul unui pos prevazut cu sprit sau se dreseaza sub forma de fitil cu diametru de 3 cm pe hirtie pergament ; se ruleaza hirtia, obtinid un rulou.
