1 pahar de iaurt,
o lingura de parmezan ras,
2 catei de usturoi
sare,
lamaie,
otet balsamic,
ierburi uscate - busuioc, oregano, rosmarin, cimbru, boabe de mustar, boia

Batem iaurtul spumos, adaugam toate ingredientele si condimentele, dupa gust, apoi dam sosul la rece.

Il servim cu diferite retete din peste.
